Passport:  In most cases the applicants who are looking for employment abroad do have their passports.  HAMZA OVERSEAS LTD also assists the selected workers who do not have a passport to obtain a passport as quickly as possible. There is provision for issuing passports on an urgent basis. The character and antecedents of each person are being verified by the Police before issuing an international passport.   

Application for visa: HAMZA OVERSEAS LTD may apply for visa in case of block/bulk visa if the country in which the workers are traveling has an Embassy in Bangladesh. This is the prevalent practice. The employer may obtain NOC/Work Permit/Visa advice for the selected workers. In case there is no Embassy in Bangladesh of a particular country, it is the responsibility of the Employer to obtain necessary visas for traveling & entry to his country.   

Ticketing & Immigration formalities: The employer may send PTA/ E-Ticket for the employee or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of HAMZA OVERSEAS LTD. If employers do not provide joining air tickets, workers will pay for joining air tickets.  HAMZA OVERSEAS LTD. will obtain Immigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Departments of Bangladesh & arrange Air Ticket for the selected workers.  

Mandatory language course & Briefing before Departure: HAMZA OVERSEAS LTD. undertake the responsibility of providing basic orientation for traveling to foreign countries. 

Basic language course of the host country of the employer is mandatory for our workers before their dispatch.  The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities and given first-hand information on the work environment, rules, regulations and social & cultural tradition of that country. They are specially cautioned to maintain discipline and to follow strictly the rules and regulations of the company.
